The settlement currency of the Event is euro (EUR). Payment in a currency other than EUR is permitted solely with the Organizer’s prior consent. Any currency conversion costs, bank charges, and commissions related to making a payment in a currency other than EUR shall be borne by the Participant.

Yes, partially. If a Participant withdraws, the advance payment is refunded minus the actual preparation costs already incurred (e.g. model fees, location reservations, technical transport, administration).

If the workshop is cancelled due to:
insufficient number of participants, or
force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, administrative restrictions),
the Organizer refunds 100% of the fees paid for the workshop. Private costs incurred by the Participant (flights, insurance, etc.) are not refundable.

Yes. Individual sessions with a model may be arranged outside the scheduled workshop programme, for an additional fee and by separate agreement with the model.

Drones may only be used outside scheduled sessions, in compliance with local law, and with the Organizer’s approval. The Participant bears full responsibility for any violations.

The event is an artistic and educational photography workshop focused on practical photographic work, sessions with professional models, and creative development.
It is not a tourist package, travel service, or holiday, and does not constitute a package tour under EU or national tourism law. -
Participation is open to adult individuals (18+) who:

pay the required advance payment,
meet the health and organisational requirements described in the Regulations.

We process your personal data in connection with your participation in our photographic workshops. The data controller is Magdalena Znamionkiewicz – Viento Seco Art Projects, NIP: 5342453919, REGON: 146122170, operating under the brand “Viento Seco – Photo Workshops”.
Your personal data are processed for the purpose of registration, organisation and execution of the workshops, communication with participants, and fulfilment of legal and accounting obligations, in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the workshops. Your data may be shared only with trusted partners involved in the organisation of the event (e.g. accommodation providers, organisational staff), strictly to the extent required. Image data (photos or recordings) are processed only on the basis of separate, explicit consent.
